Our Communities

We are currently offering two gated residential communities, The Woods at Duck Harbor and The Farmstead at Duck Harbor. Our primary philosophy of both communities is to preserve the natural environment while minimizing the impact of property development. Duck Harbor is ”where nature still comes first.”
