The Paddocks is a 140 acre gated residential community developed just for the horse enthusiast.  We have seamlessly blended together the old farm community setting
with the benefits of our full equestrian center.  All the while, we have maintained our underlying philosophy of minimizing the impact of development to preserve the

To help you share in our vision of the rural community we are currently offering three home packages.  Based on deed restrictions each house will have an authentic farm house façade complete with porches that take advantage of the open space views.  The plans for each of these houses are available for your review.
