The Duck Harbor Group is a land development and property management company in Northeastern PA. We are currently offering two residential communities, The Woods at Duck Harbor and The Paddocks at Duck Harbor. Both communities primary philosophy is to preserve the natural environment while minimizing the impact of development. The Woods at Duck Harbor is a 980 acre woodland residential community that allows homeowners to enjoy the natural amenities and recreational opportunities provided by the diverse offerings of the environment, without giving up the luxuries of modern technology. at Duck Harbor is a 140 acre equestrian residential development that allows the homeowners to enjoy the “old farm community” feel with full equestrian services, adjacent to The Duck Harbor Equestrian Center and a planned indoor riding arena.
